Have you ever noticed?
Nearly every time you look around, there appears to be a couple, if not a couple dozen, new mortgage people, knocking at your door.
A seemingly unending flow of new faces. Whether it's the former aerospace executive, looking to find a new career, or the, ever expanding, "mega" mortgage company, looking to find another new "local office".
Some you may see again, but most only knock once... then they're gone.
Its doubtful they will ever make the "endangered species" list but, the mortality rate for mortgage companies is extremely high.
Ironic, but not too surprising to note, that the etymological derivation of the word mortgage is Latin for --To Die. Interesting.
The good news...
The survivors and what sets them apart.
It is proffered by marketing guru's, that the three key words in the new home industry are:
Location - Location - Location
The mortgage business also has it's three key words:
Service - Service - Service,
The more ... the better.
Almost anyone can get the loan.
Only a professional will provide you with... Service!
