A letter really is not enough to express just how thankful our family is that we had you and Pacific Sun handle the mortgage on our new home. It is always wonderful and exciting to move to a beautiful new place and to make it your own, but there are so many tasks and hurdles to clear before getting to that point. You made it happen for our family and we cannot thank you enough.
From the very beginning you were as kind and as helpful as could be. Even though many of the mortgage options available were sometimes confusing, you were always so patient and you never failed to explain to us in clear, easy to understand language the answers to all of our questions (and we had lots of them!).
But what meant the most to us was how genuinely concerned and helpful you were when we had something of a family emergency. You went above and beyond anything we would have expected even of the most professional mortgage broker, and because you worked tirelessly on our behalf, we were able to get the right mortgage and move into our new home.
