Attached is a loan application for you to complete the sections listed below:
III. Borrowers information please be sure to provide two years of residence.
IV. Employment information please provide two consecutive years of employment.
V. Complete the income section and the present housing expense section.
VI. Complete the assets section and real estate owned section if you currently own a home.
VIII. Declarations, please answer all questions then sign and date section
X. Government monitoring section.We will need the following documentation along with the loan application:
- Two years of complete Federal Tax 1040 returns all pages and all W-2's , 1099's etc.,
- 2 months on consecutive bank statements
- If applicable most recent, stock bond or retirement statements
- 30 days worth of consecutive pay stubs
Please advise us of the following:
1. What sales price you are looking at and what type of down payment you will be making.
2 . If you currently own a home, what are you planning on doing with it?If you already have a credit report dated within the last 30-days, please send it so we don't have to
